If you are a professional designer working in Hong Kong then this is a forum you should not miss.
The Chartered Society of Designers (CSD) will be hosting an open forum for all practising designers in any design discipline to explain the Pathway to Chartered Designer.
The Register of Chartered Designers is operated by CSD and any designer may apply. You do not have to be a member of CSD.
Achieving the status of a Chartered Designer gives you a recognition equivalent to that of the other professions: architecture, engineering, accountancy, surveying, etc. It demonstrates to your employers and clients that you are a ‘recognised professional designer’ as proven to the internationally recognised Royal Chartered professional body for designers.
Frank Peters FCSD, the Chief Executive of the Register of Chartered Designers will give a presentation and answer questions. This will be followed by a chance to network and socialise with other designers from different design disciplines and organisations.
The event is FREE but places will be allocated on a first come basis.
