| Profile description | I am an introvert, diverse designer who has worked in the creative industries for over 30 yrs and has run my design business for over 19 yrs. Ive gone from paste-up to computers (I know, old right), building my business to support businesses with their B2B marketing to become more visible in their marketplace and attract new customers. I coach other designers and creative people because I appreciate how they feel. We have a shorthand because of my vast experience. It can be challenging, to balance being creative, with creating commercial work that gives you what you need mentally, I can help. Finding and retaining creative staff, particularly if you have an in-house team can be hard. I work with designers and creative people to: ⭐️ Getting your mojo back: Helping you to be more productive; feeling happy in your skin so you can enjoy your work; having tools to ensure you achieve your goals. ⭐️ Working together: to overcome anxiety, stress, work trauma, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, and burnout in an environment that ensures growth, trust and respect. ⭐️ A working parent: trying to develop a creative business around your family? After 19 years in business, 15 with children, I can support you to find a way to make this work for you. ⭐️ How to work with me: your first half-hour session is free, so we can discover what you need and enter a working relationship that will deliver results.
