Number One Riverside is Rochdale’s new civic office. Winner of the British Council of Offices ‘Best of the Best’ Award. The scheme unites Rochdale’s administration teams along with third party tenants and a central library. The solution provides corporate transparency within a environmentally friendly envelope.
