Ashwin Rabadia Interior Design

Ashwin has over 15 years’ experience within a senior technical design management role working in both public and private sectors.  He has been involved in the management, detail design, specification, tender writing, tender evaluation and contract supervision of a wide range of building projects, with a total build value well over $41.5 billion to date. He has worked in a multi discipline group on the Qatar Rail, Edinburgh Tram Project office and Northern HUB (Manchester). With experience as the project senior technical design manager for multi-professional design and implementation on construction projects, feasibility studies and civil design with environmental integration, including design fee costings and budget management and full stakeholder/technical coordination with integration. He is interested in progressing through project senior/ associate management and consultancy services. Within Building design, LRT, Rail and Metro he has experience in technical review for architectural/ design management, civil, NFPA, environmental management and structural works with implementation for building/ station design, track work interface, tunnel alignments, retaining walls, secant walls, piling and capping, ring beam foundations, steel frame system and retaining wall with extensive experiences in RFI, TQ’s and variation on technical design review. He can make a difference, pro-actively manage risks and influence others to deliver successfully, which also includes strong technical capability and excellent communication and project management skills and is willing to take on new challenges and deliver them on time and with quality.
