Minerva Medal
The Minerva Medal is the highest accolade the Society can bestow and is awarded for a lifetime’s achievement and outstanding contribution in any field of design.
Over the years it has been awarded to some of the most important and significant designers in the history of design. In 2003 a special Minerva Medal was awarded to the Society’s Patron, His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh (1921-2021) in recognition of his contribution to the profession of design and the Society.
The Minerva Medal is traditionally awarded at the Society’s Minerva Dinner.
