Upgrade to Associate Member (Assoc.CSD) Application

If you are a Student Member of the Society you should complete this online application.

You are advised to read the Associate Upgrade Guidance notes before completing this application to upgrade to Associate membership of the Society. It will set out the items that you will need to submit following this initial ‘Registration’ stage.

This ‘Registration’ stage requires that you:

Upload a photo proof of your ID, ie. driving licence, passport, identity card.
A passport style photograph of yourself

Once you click ‘Register’ you will receive an acknowledgement by email. You will also receive a temporary password by email together with a link to your user account where you will be able to set your own password. (Please remember that sometimes generic emails can go to your spam/junk folders.)

You will be able to login to your account in order to complete, review and edit your application before making your final ‘Submission’.

Please note that all of the information and data you provide in this application remains confidential and will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application and enhancing your membership experience.
